We were tasked by a multinational computer software company to provide a complete production package for their first global event post pandemic.
The conference ran for five days and spanned seven locations: London, Bucharest, Singapore, Bangalore, Sydney, Tokyo and San Jose CA.
Our team were asked to provide streaming, AV, crew and staging at each location for the event.
Our solution involved us working across time zones to facilitate streaming that connected several event locations per day. The primary stream was supported by a redundant stream to ensure a secure transmission and the final program was then streamed online to offices across the US.
We delivered a technical setup to two cameras, lighting, audio and a vision mix at each venue, with some locations also requiring a teleprompter.
We supplied each location with a dedicated crew of producers, cameramen, sound engineers and streaming engineers that ensured the event was a success from start to finish.
