We were approached by a multinational software and information technology company to support them with the production and logistics of their Global Executive Meeting at London's Heathrow Airport.
The event was the first occasion in three years where 120 executives had flown from all corners of the globe to come together. Our team were tasked with supplying and managing full production, set design and AV crew for the two day event, as well as coordinating venue logistics.
We provided a team of 10 riggers for set up pre event and technical crew of 15 producers, sound engineers and cameramen that recorded each session ‘as live’. The team edited content on site for upload and online distribution two days post event.
We provided a Technical setup that included three manned cameras and one jib, a professional lighting rig and audio, including handheld and lapel microphones. Our team supplied full stage design and set design, including a rear projection screen, down stage monitors and all furniture hire in the room, chosen specifically to fit with the events relaxed theme.
The event was a huge success and was distributed online to a global audience of over 11,000 employees.
