Our solution was to construct a 360 degree LED wall that lined the outside of the Immersion Room, displaying the companies values and brand new visual assets. Our expert team also provided bespoke software development that was installed on a central kiosk area at the event and allowed attendees to experience the rebrand in action.
As an entrance to the Immersion Room, we built a sensory light tunnel that was fitted with white stretch fabric, multicoloured LED ground lights, and two gobo lights displaying the companies new logo at either end of the tunnel.
The event consisted of multiple sections which were all to be furnished differently with seating and various signage. We provided a range of couches, stools and other seating that complimented the event theme and fit the purpose of each event section.
