We were asked by Hewlett Packard to facilitate a local meeting in India for one of their groups. Originally we were contracted to provide a two camera crew to record a meeting that was taking place at their Bangalore facility. As time progressed –and the scale of the meeting grew – the brief changed. From an original audience of 200, our audience jumped to 2500 people across India, and we were asked to source additional local facilities for the venue including marquees and delegates facilities and additional AV services and crew including video walls, four camera teams and a live broadcast link that could be viewed at HP facilities across India.
We were able to secure licences at the last minute, which meant we could broadcast the meeting live, not only back to Corporate HQ for webcasting, but also to an additional four live remote locations in Chennai, Mumbai, New Delhi and Bangalore. We provided TVRO services and associated AV so that all employees of the company could ‘meet’ with the CEO. The event was a great success and provided a fantastic experience for all HP employees.
