She established her business, Flying Colors Europe, a global video production and satellite broadcasting company in 2006, and has carefully steered the company through numerous management buyouts until the merger with World Wide Group in 2014.
Always keen to embrace new technology, and an avid believer of thinking outside the box, Karen offers creative flair and forward thinking to clients looking to harness the power of content distribution in the digital age.
Karen is an advocate of diversity in the workplace and is deeply proud of her position as a successful woman in the world of media. She joined WEConnect International and became a certified WBE (Women's Business Enterprise) in 2013, and is an active member of the WBE council, allowing her to continue to support fellow female business owners and entrepreneurs across a range of industries.
